This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic work environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to improve system processes and workflows to enhance overall team efficiency. - Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through complex issues. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and issue resolution. - Continuously evaluate and implement best practices to support evolving business needs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures. - Strong knowledge of network protocols, architecture, and troubleshooting techniques. - Experience with monitoring and managing network performance and security. - Ability to analyze complex system interactions and diagnose root causes effectively. - Familiarity with tools and technologies used for network infrastructure management and support. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining high availability and reliability.
