This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic work environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues. - Document findings and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference. - Assist in the implementation of system updates and enhancements to improve overall functionality. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR). - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve software issues effectively. - Experience with system monitoring tools and techniques to ensure application stability. - Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with software lifecycle processes and incident management practices. - Capability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
