This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous engagement with complex environments to maintain system stability and support business continuity through effective troubleshooting and problem resolution. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to improve system reliability and performance through collaborative problem-solving. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and support skills. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on issue resolution and system updates. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Nutanix Administration. - Experience with virtualization technologies and infrastructure management. - Strong troubleshooting skills in complex distributed systems. - Ability to monitor and optimize system performance and resource utilization. - Familiarity with cloud environments and hybrid infrastructure setups. - Competence in scripting and automation to streamline support processes.
