This role requires a proactive approach to identifying system anomalies and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, detailed analysis, and collaboration with different teams to maintain system integrity and support business continuity effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of application issues and minimize downtime. - Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance overall team performance. - Continuously evaluate system performance and recommend improvements to optimize application support processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in O9 Solutions. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex application issues. - Experience with monitoring tools and techniques to track system health and performance. - Ability to work collaboratively across teams to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution. - Familiarity with business process workflows and their integration within software applications. - Excellent documentation skills to maintain clear records of incidents, solutions, and system changes.
