This is a support-oriented role with responsibility for application stability, issue resolution, minor enhancements, and operational excellence across multiple environments. The role requires strong technical expertise, an ownership mindset, and excellent English communication skills, as the position involves regular interaction with business users, global IT teams, and stakeholders.
