Major Deliverables: * Managing the SDLC cycle  * Requirement gathering and documenting the functional process from different verticals * Assisting Users in BRD finalization, UAT. * Evaluation of solution and efforts for change request. * Reviews of Change Requests and Defects of existing live applications. * SIT & UAT testing * implementing the Projects, CRs, Bugs. * Responsible for monitoring the production servers, scheduled jobs, incident management and receiving incidents and requests from end-users. * hands on oracle PL/SQL * Provide L2 and L3 support
