YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Operation and expansion: Ensuring the stable operation and expansion of the customer portal and the in-house development of the sales desk.
• Requirements management & implementation: Gathering requirements and implementing technical solutions together with specialist departments.
• Vendor management: Coordination of external service providers for timely project implementation.
• Agile working methods  : Implementation of projects using SCRUM and continuous optimization of systems.
• Incident and service management: Handling of requests and problems according to ITIL standards.
• Documentation: Maintaining system documentation in Confluence, Azure DevOps and LeanIX.

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
• At least three years of experience operating Java-based web applications with databases (ORACLE, MS SQL)
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, especially Azure, as well as basic knowledge of test management, change, incident and problem management.
• Experience in agile methods such as SCRUM or Kanban
• Analytical thinking, teamwork skills, and strong communication skills
