JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a multi-skilled Application Support Engineer to support and enhance business-critical applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Java, .NET, PowerShell, and Python, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment addressing application issues, troubleshooting, and implementing minor enhancements.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years of experience in application support or development roles.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in:
  • Java (Spring Boot, JSP, Servlets)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience supporting enterprise-level applications in production environments.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
  • Understanding of REST APIs and integration troubleshooting.
  • Exposure to ITIL practices or service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).

    Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise applications across multiple platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Java, .NET, PowerShell, and Python-based applications.
  • Monitor application performance and availability; implement fixes and patches as needed.
  • Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to resolve production incidents.
  • Perform root cause analysis and document solutions for recurring issues.
  • Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand issues and deliver enhancements.
  • Maintain support documentation, change logs, and deployment instructions.
  • Support deployment and configuration activities during releases.
  • Adhere to SLAs and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
