The UAI SOLUTIONS companies provides market-leading local and cross-border debt collection services for municipalities (local governments) and private companies in the field of traffic-related late fees and administrative charges throughout Europe. In recent years, we have become one of the leading specialists in the international identification of affected vehicle owners and the recovery of unpaid charges. We are looking for an Application Support Engineer (m/f/d) to strengthen our team. Tasks Diagnose and resolve application-related issues reported by end-users, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Collaborate with the development team to identify and fix bugs. Monitor application performance and escalate issues as needed. Assist in deploying and configuring software updates. Maintain comprehensive documentation of support procedures, issue logs, and resolution steps. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on application features and best practices. Support change management processes, including documentation, impact assessment, and communication. Manage service provider relationships and escalate issues when necessary. Provide on-call support as required. Support the migration of new case management projects. Requirements Degree in (Business) IT or equivalent vocational training. Foundational understanding of SQL and relational databases. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with service providers. Strong interest in understanding and optimizing business applications and workflows. Process- and solution-oriented mindset. Logical and analytical thinking. Responsibilities
