What You Will Get to Do: Incident response for production hosted environments Monitor application and infrastructure performance to ensure stability and availability. Respond to and resolve production incidents quickly, performing root cause analysis where necessary. Execute deployments and configuration changes in production and non-production environments following change management processes. Communicate effectively with development, operations, and business teams to provide updates and coordinate resolutions. Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, fixes, and operational procedures while identifying opportunities for process improvement. What You Will Bring: IT degree, or equivalent experience 4+ years’ experience working in an Application Support role Solid understanding of DevOps practices and methods Working knowledge of SDLC principles and methodologies Experience working with ITIL based processes Understanding of hosting production environments on AWS and Virtual Environments Advanced knowledge of Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery build pipelines Experience working with infrastructure as code A passion for automating manual processes Unless explicitly requested or approached by SS&C Technologies, Inc. or any of its affiliated companies, the company will not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services.
