· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in technology or related field
· Minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience in application support
· Education in database and Microsoft OS basics.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues across multiple platforms.
• Strong communication skills, able to convey technical information to development teams, operations, IT leadership, and non-technical stakeholders.
