Job Description Job Description: Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise applications hosted on Windows servers/Client machines. Own incident, problem, and change management for assigned applications (ITIL aligned). Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive permanent remediation. Ensure application availability, performance, and reliability in Production and Non-Prod. Work closely with the Windows platform for OS patching, vulnerability remediation, and server/Client endpoint health. Troubleshoot Windows services, IIS-hosted applications, and Windows based middleware. Responsible to support for hosting application over Windows servers or Intune devices along with Azure cloud. Hands on experience with automation opportunities (PowerShell) Maintain application documentation (runbooks, KT, onboarding guides) Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience ITIL Foundation (preferred) Microsoft / Intune certifications (good to have) Additional Information At our organization, we are committed to fighting against all forms of discrimination.
