Descrição do emprego Application Support (Linux & OpenShift) We are looking for an Application Support to join an application support team working on critical systems and platforms. Main Responsibilities Maintain, administer and troubleshoot tools used in the application deployment process Ensure fast, automatic and reliable deployments in pre-production, production, experimental and disaster recovery environments Solve issues related to application servers and deployments Implement and maintain deployment automation processes Manage and administer Java application platforms (WebLogic, GlassFish, SOA/BPM, OSB, BAM, OIM, UCM) Work with large environments (200+ servers) across production and non-production Manage incidents, problems and service requests Ensure service availability and compliance with SLAs Participate in ongoing projects Perform monitoring, performance analysis and reporting Prepare and update technical documentation and procedures Knowledge transfer to public-sector teams Participate in control and operations center activities Habilitações Experience (3+ years) with: Linux / Unix systems Containers and platforms: OpenShift, Docker Automation tools: Ansible, Jenkins Java-based application servers Scripting knowledge: Python and Shell Script Experience with deployment pipelines and automation Team player mindset Portuguese required and English (written and spoken) Informações adicionais Location: Oeiras – Tagus Park Hybrid model: 1–2 days per week Schedule: Monday to Friday On-call duty: Yes
