Job Description As an Application Production Support, you will play a key role in managing incidents, service requests, and infrastructure maintenance activities within a 24/7 production support environment. You will work collaboratively in a shift-based team to ensure service quality and availability. Key Responsibilities Handle incidents, service requests, and infrastructure maintenance tasks Review and create application support knowledge articles Ensure production deliverables align with standards and best practices Support batch processing and resolve production incidents Analyze system logs to identify infrastructure and application issues Monitor services, manage alerts, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and application support Strong hands-on experience with Linux and Windows Server Administration Knowledge of Middleware technologies (e.g., WAS, Tomcat) Proficiency in UNIX shell scripting, PowerShell, or Python for automation Basic knowledge of Autosys (job creation and modification) Strong understanding of batch processing and scheduling tools Familiarity with CI/CD tools and ITIL practices Good communication skills in English (oral & written) Additional Information PL/SQL experience Ability to create and maintain technical documentation Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset On-site position
