With us you will be able to work on solutions used by thousands of dental professionals worldwide. We are currently looking for a Application Support Specialist who will join our team in Szczecin.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Higher education (preferred fields: Computer Science, Information Systems, Management).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an Application Support or similar role – experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is a strong plus.
  • Experience working with end users (support, helpdesk, onboarding).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM – user administration, permissions management, mailbox configuration.
  • Basic understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, especially: Entra ID (Azure AD), Outlook/Exchange Online.
  • Ability to work with data – editing, merging, verifying consistency across systems.
  • Experience in bug testing, basic issue analysis, and escalation processes.
  • Understanding of basic system integration concepts (e.g., APIs).
  • Logical thinking and ability to distinguish between user and system-related errors.
  • Strong communication skills and user-oriented approach – patience and the ability to explain complex topics in a simple way.
  • English proficiency at a level that allows smooth communication (minimum B2).

Responsibilities
  • Assigning Microsoft Dynamics licenses, granting access to CRM and general rights and restrictions for user
  • Managing data inside of CRM (merging accounts, deleting tabs etc) and checking cross-systems in case of discrepancies
  • Identifying bugs and change requests, performing tests to reproduce the issue
  • General user support – identifying human errors and helping with fixing them, advising in case of difficulties
  • Managing CRM mailboxes
  • Verifying all issues connected with integration with other systems.
