We are looking for an Application Support Specialist to join our team in Brno, Czech Republic, with the flexibility of home office work. This role is crucial in providing top-tier technical support to our customers and partners by contributing to our global support operations.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver 1st, 2nd and 3rd level technical support, addressing escalated issues from Sales Support to our international customer base in English.
  • Work closely with our global technical support teams, ensuring seamless communication and knowledge sharing across regions.
  • Provide expert technical consultation through various channels, including ticket systems, chat, phone, and remote online sessions, specifically focusing on Paessler’s software solutions for trial users, customers, and partners.
  • Perform in-depth error analysis using log files, screenshots, and snapshots, collaborating with our development teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Engage in the feature request process, participate in focus topics, and contribute to company-wide strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Support the further development of our software products by working closely with colleagues from development and product management.
