  • Experience in ATM/CDM/ITM machines Aptra activate/ATMX Application and production support
  • Hands on Experience in supporting ATM/CDM machines software/hardware.
  • Very good knowledge in troubleshooting and fixing ATM/CDM//ITM/BCDM machines issues .
  • Hands on experience in ensuring the resolution for Production issues is accurate and within SLA.
  • Proficient in Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Review and Deployments
  • Exposure to banking domain would be an added advantage.
  • Interested to work on Production Support and root cause investigations.
    Ability to manage and support multiple applications.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Strong knowledge and troubleshooting experience in ATM/CDM/ITM aptra activate applications
  • Min 3 to 6 Years’ Experience in ATM/CDM Application Production support in Banking/financial domain.
  • Very good Knowledge in ATM/CDM software/hardware and transactions flows
  • Ability to read logs & trouble shoot ATM/CDM production issues
  • ATM/CDM Networking knowledge
  • Extensive Knowledge of taxonomies (IaaS, PaaS & SaaS) and Data exchange language (JSON , XML)
  • Knowledge of ISO8583 & switching standards.
  • Knowledge of APIs ecosystem and agile delivery principals.
  • Knowledge of Micro services with nominal knowledge of Mongo DB
  • Knowledge of SQL server.
  • Hands on experience in ensuring the resolution for Production issues is accurate and within SLA.
  • Interested to work on Production Support and root cause investigations.
    Should be interested in finding the root cause and recommend actions for permanent fixes and possible workarounds.
Responsibilities
  • Min 3 to 6 Years’ Experience in Application Production support in Banking/financial domain.
  • Hands on experience in proactive monitoring, troubleshooting application related problems on production, Incident Analysis & resolution, and RCA related to Application.
  • Manage outsourced vendors to ensure availability of resources, meeting of timelines is in accordance of Remedy Timelines
  • Hands on experience in ensuring the resolution for Production issues is accurate and within SLA.
  • Very good Knowledge in ATM/CDM/ITM machines hardware/software .
