Description

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide support for trading and business-critical applications across front, middle, and back-office functions.
Investigate and resolve production issues while maintaining high service levels.
Partner with traders, operations teams, and developers to improve system performance and supportability.
Onboard new users and configure applications to support business workflows.
Monitor production systems and participate in release testing and deployments.

Requirements3+ years of application or production support experience.
Strong Linux/Unix, SQL, and scripting experience (Python preferred).
Experience supporting complex enterprise applications in a production environment.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Financial services or trading environment experience is advantageous.
