POSITION SUMMARY: The Application System Analyst l, will evaluate, plan, design, and configure software application systems. This position assists with analyzing, testing, troubleshooting and maintaining installed systems and support users. The position creates documentation to support system design, testing and training. The position will also assist with the management of customer expectations and customer interactions and participate in service quality initiatives. *Focas area is OpTime/Anesthesia and Clindoc* Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Associate's Degree OR 2 years in information technology or healthcare Other Licenses/Certifications: Required certifications for role will be obtained within a 6 month timeframe from date of hire and limited to 3 test attempts per certification. Other skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree with concentration in Business Administration, Computer Science, Healthcare or other closely related field.
