POSITION SUMMARY

The Application and Systems Analyst plays a vital role in business process analysis, system analysis, process automation, and project management to support and enhance core company applications. This role focuses on optimizing existing applications, implementing scalable and secure solutions, and aligning technology initiatives with corporate objectives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and development teams, the Application and Systems Analyst ensures IT solutions meet both business and technical standards. This role also emphasizes process improvement, system integrations, and application development projects that enhance operational efficiency.
Ideal candidates will have strong business analysis expertise, experience with ERP and CRM systems, API and ETL integrations, and the ability to develop and deliver training programs.
