Application Systems Analyst Senior ERP serves as the subject matter expert associated with content, operational customer processes, regulatory requirements, and IT support procedures related to assigned financial system applications (payroll, supply chain, finance, human resources, time & attendance, resource scheduling). The Application Systems Analyst Senior ERP will be responsible for the evaluation, design, implementation, reporting, analysis, dashboard development, system administration, security, training, and maintenance of financial-based systems and applications managed within the Information Technology financial applications service team which includes Financial and Time Recording applications.
Centra is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Oracle SCM Systems Analyst to join our Information Technology Enterprise Resource Product support team. This role will be responsible for supporting, configuring, and optimizing Supply Chain Management products. The resource will work closely with the Supply Chain / Material Management business units. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the following products: Oracle SCM Purchasing, Inventory, Requisitioning Self Service Procurement, and Extended Purchase Price, RF Smart, and GHX solutions. The candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Additional skills required include change management, project coordination, system troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Demonstrate exceptional ability to coordinate and lead regression test solutions as part of regular product upgrade cycles
Demonstrates exceptional ability to engage with vendor support as needed to resolve system issues or request system enhancements to support business needs.
Demonstrates exceptional ability to review upcoming vendor maintenance, review release notes, prepare business partners for any upcoming changes.
Demonstrate exceptional ability to provide and review content for product job aids and training materials
Demonstrate exceptional ability to support organizational data governance initiatives
Demonstrate exceptional ability to serve as assigned product system administrator and configure, evaluate, and provide user access roles as required
Demonstrate exceptional ability to provide daily assigned product support to organizational service lines
Demonstrate exceptional ability to communicate the results of data analysis, project updates, and issues in written and verbal form.
Expectation to participate in standard on call rotations.
Required Experience:
Advanced technical / analytical knowledge of financial systems
Advanced technical knowledge of organizational time & attendance systems
Advanced SQL programming knowledge
Preferred Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Information Technology or Computer Science
Preferred Experience:
Advanced technical knowledge of Oracle ERP Fusion Product Suite
Advanced technical knowledge of UKG WFM Pro Product Suite
Oracle University Product Certification(s)

ITIL Process Knowledg
