Job Description Job description Summary of Primary Responsibilities · Provide hands-on leadership across development and support activities for strategic billing systems, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technical standards. · Act as escalation point for complex incidents and delivery challenges, driving resolution and continuous improvement. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, architecture, and business operations to ensure seamless integration and support. · Monitor and report on team performance, delivery timelines, and system health, using metrics to drive accountability and improvement. · Support vendor engagement and contract oversight where external resources are involved in delivery or support. · Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap development for billing systems modernization and transformation. Qualifications Qualifications Proven experience leading application development and support teams, ideally within billing or financial systems. Strong track record of delivering complex projects and managing concurrent workstreams across development and support. Demonstrated ability to coach and develop technical talent, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement. Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, incident management, and release governance in enterprise environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
