Key Skills :

  • Strong technical/platform knowledge on Cards domain (e.g. Cardlink, VisionPlus – Card processing, Transaction handling, Association / Payment Gateway, Fraud, Disputes etc.), mainframe (CICS/Cobol), 3D Secure application (e.g. 2C2P, Arcot), Cards API, Loyalty & rewards (e.g. One Empower app)
  • Hands-on experience in leading Cards Migration delivery (e.g. Cardlink, VisionPlus, Loyalty & Rewards app)

Cobol, Java, Oracle DB

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Professional certifications are a plus.
  • Over 10 years of experience delivering global or regional Cards solutions within multinational or regional organizations, including budgetary responsibilities.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role managing IT delivery teams in the Cards domain.
  • Deep technical expertise in Cards platforms such as Cardlink, VisionPlus (Cards processing, Transaction handling, Association/Payment Gateway, Fraud, Disputes etc.) and 3D Secure applications (e.g., 2C2P, Arcot), as well as Cards APIs, Loyalty & Rewards platforms (e.g., One Empower app), and mainframe technologies (CICS/Cobol).
  • Proven experience leading Cards migration projects and large-scale implementations in banking or financial services.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage effectively with senior technical and business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and supporting multiple delivery streams.
  • Strategic thinker with a balanced perspective on internal and external best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and systems thinking skills.
  • A collaborative and engaging personality that fosters strong relationships across all organizational levels.
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic technology initiatives in the Cards domain, reporting directly to the Lead Technical Delivery Manager.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of solutions.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, particularly disruptive innovations, and apply them to enhance delivery effectiveness.
  • Operate effectively in high-pressure environments, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
