You dedicate your efforts to maintaining high-quality service by effectively communicating with clients and internal teams. Your role involves accurately identifying client concerns and crafting appropriate solutions by leveraging a thorough understanding of the product. This position requires attentiveness to detail and a proactive approach to ensure seamless system operations and client satisfaction throughout the day. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability. - Document and share knowledge to support continuous improvement within the team. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving application issues. - Experience in monitoring and maintaining application health and performance. - Ability to analyze logs and system outputs to identify root causes of problems. - Effective communication skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders clearly and professionally. - Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline support tasks and improve efficiency.
