Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, providing timely support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our world-class systems. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to address client issues effectively, leveraging your deep product knowledge to design appropriate resolutions and maintain high-quality service standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving client issues in a timely manner. - Document and track client interactions and resolutions to enhance service delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Desk Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Service Desk Voice Support. - Strong understanding of client relationship management. - Ability to analyze and interpret client issues effectively. - Familiarity with ticketing systems and service desk software.
