Job Description Aufgaben: • Experimentelle Planung und - durchführung von Anwendungstest mit funktionellen Lebensmittelinhaltsstoffen wie z.B. Emulgatoren oder Aufschlagsystemen im Bereich Dessert. • Eigenständige Entwicklung, Optimierung sowie Präsentation von anwendungstechnischen Rezepturen für Dessert- und Speiseeisanwendungen, auch unter Einbeziehung von Kundenvorgaben • Durchführen und Unterstützen von Produktpräsentationen bei z.B. Kundenworkshops und Produktschulungen. • Erstellen und Pflege der Anwendungsrezepturen • Beobachtung des Marktes sowie aktueller Trends, um daraus Verkaufskonzepte in Anwendungsbeispiele zu übersetzten. • Cross-Segment Support: Abteilungsübergreifende Unterstützung im Bereich Backwaren, Dessertspeisen und bei der Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktentwicklung Qualifications Ihr profil: • Abgeschlossene Aus- oder Weiterbildung zum Lebensmitteltechniker, abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Lebensmitteltechnologie oder vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie erste praktische Erfahrungen in der Rezepturentwicklung in einem industriellen Lebensmittelbetrieb wünschenswert • Solide Kenntnisse im Umgang mit funktionellen Lebensmittelinhaltsstoffen und Rohstoffen wie z.B.
