• Technical support of customer projects in cooperation with the sales team
• Consulting on product selection and process design based on customer requirements, as well as feasibility assessments
• Execution of corrosion tests and bath conversions in the laboratory and technical center
• Support of selected projects on-site
• Collaboration with R&D and Sales teams to solve internal and external technical issues
• Execution of sampling in the laboratory and technical center
• Support in the operation and maintenance of the pilot plant
• Preparation of technical documents such as test reports, specifications, and application guidelines to support sales and customer communicatio
