We’re looking for a highly skilled customer service representative to join our team and handle inbound and outbound phone calls, email requests and interactions using a friendly, helpful and mutually amicable approach. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who can think on their feet and resolve any issues with a customer-first business mentality. Serving as the voice and face of our company, the representative will be integral in reinforcing our reputation for exceptional customer service. What will you do: * Work on new product ideas and customer requirements within regulatory framework. * Lead, plan and track all phases of the product life cycle with supervision. * Brainstorm how new product ideas could solve more complex problems. * Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure alignment of objectives and development of suitable methodologies. * Develop solutions for projects, including the ability to diagnose issues and troubleshoot and communicate the results. What will you bring: * Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree or equivalent education is required. * At least 1 – 3 years of experience in Customer Service.
