Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Application Trainer to join the Brainlab Academy team.
The Brainlab Academy is an educational program that offers comprehensive, in-person and digital training courses designed to support customers in achieving full proficiency with Brainlab radiotherapy products.
In this role, your core responsibility will be training customers in the Brainlab Academy classroom in Munich as well as onsite training at reference hospitals in different countries.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree/Certification in Medical Physics, Medical Dosimetry or equivalent
  • Excellent training skills
  • Professional experience in the areas of radiation therapy, RT treatment planning or a related area. Brainlab RT products clinical experience would be an advantage
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and preferably Spanish or German. Any other language will be considered a plus
  • Excellent organization and time management skills, and the ability to manage many work streams simultaneously
  • Excellent social, team-work and self-management skills
  • Committed to quality, with excellent attention to detail
  • High comfort level with software and technology in general
  • Willingness to travel (40% of time), might be less if located in Munich
Responsibilities
  • Performance of internal and external training on the use of radiotherapy products
  • Customer trainings include classroom-based training as well as clinical on-site training at customer facilities worldwide
  • Development of new training material for all kinds of customer education
  • Review and continuous improvement of training methods and training material
  • Performance of global training for Brainlab employees on the radiotherapy product portfolio – train the trainers/application consultants
  • Development of standardized training kits for onsite customer training
  • Support of local Brainlab personnel for key customers by assisting with the implementation of new product versions, providing on-site guidance to physicians and medical physicists during patient treatments, and addressing specific customer inquiries with knowledgeable and effective solutions
