MyTenantRent are in need of a new Applications Co-Ordinator
Reporting to the Office Manager, responsibilities will include:
-Data entry, transferring info from our applicants onto our primary computer system.
-Calling/receiving calls from applicants to assist with the applications process.
-Maintaining immaculate records to ensure compliance.
-Liaising with landlords and the Office Manager to resolve any queries.
-Any other duties as required.
This is an office-based role at our HQ in Kensington, Liverpool. We pride ourselves on being respectful employers and providing an excellent working environment. MyTenantRent has been operating for 10 years in the area and we have established ourselves as strong and reliable players in the local lettings market.
The successful candidate will:
-have excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
-have excellent attention to detail with the ability to complete a task and move on immediately.
-have the ability to identify potentially fraudulent/inaccurate submissions.
-have at least 2 lettings experience
-Must be willing to work in an environment with an office dog!
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00 per year
