  • Experience with a variety of application delivery models (SaaS, on-premise, etc.) is preferred
  • Experience implementing and supporting applications through their lifecycle is preferred
Applicants with education credentials earned outside of Canada should have their credentials evaluated by World Education Services or the International Qualifications Assessment Service (IQAS).
Remuneration: $74,793.16 - $99,084.96 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support of applications ranging in size and delivery model
  • Optimize application performance and ensure adherence to NAIT standards
  • Create and maintain documentation, including knowledge articles and our CMDB
  • Collaborate with other teams to create and maintain integrations
  • Work with application vendors to resolve technical issues
