BIICS, Inc is looking to fill an Applications Architect position. The position is located in Tallahassee, Florida and work is onsite.

• Defines, develops, tests, analyzes, and maintains software applications in support of the achievement of business requirements.
• Assists in the definition, development, and documentation of the business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications needed to develop software programs and applications.
• Writes, translates, and codes software programs and applications according to required specifications.
• Writes programming scripts necessary to enhance functionality and/or performance of existing Client applications as necessary.
• Designs, runs, and monitors software performance tests on new and existing applications for the purpose of correcting errors, isolating areas for improvement, and general debugging.
• Liaise with network administrators, database administrators, system analysts, and business owners to assist in resolving problems with applications and programs.
• Provides maintenance and support to existing Client business applications.
• Required to demonstrate total commitment to outstanding customer service. This includes, but not limited to, acting in a responsive, professional, courteous manner with the employees, customers, and public we serve.
