Job Duties & Responsibilities • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze automation requirements. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend automation strategies. • Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath to automate business processes. • Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure successful deployments. • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, process maps, and operational support materials. • Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure security, compliance, and governance of automation solutions. • Provide production support, including monitoring and resolving incidents related to RPA workflows. • Maintain and enhance existing RPA solutions for performance and scalability. • Train and mentor team members in RPA tools and techniques. Skills & Requirements • H.S. Diploma or GED required • Master's degree in science preferred • 10 years major system design & implementation experience required • Management or project leadership preferred • Bachelor’s degree will substitute four (4) years of work experience. Master’s degree will substitute for two (2) years of work experience. Up to two (2) years of clinical patient care and/or clinical research experience may substitute for up to two (2) years of information systems experience on a month-to-month basis. • Experience with UiPath Document Understanding is highly preferred • 2–5 years of professional experience in RPA development preferred • Strong proficiency in UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, and Robot components) preferred • UiPath Certified Solutions Architect Preferred • UiPath Certified RPA Developer Required • UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer Preferred

Responsibilities

The Applications Architect - Robotics will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather automation requirements and design RPA solutions using UiPath. They will also conduct testing and provide production support for RPA workflows.
