Are you a seasoned Applications Architect with deep experience in ServiceNow, OpenText, and modern SaaS ecosystems? We’re seeking a senior-level technical architect who can lead solution design and integration across enterprise platforms in a hybrid cloud environment.
Our client is looking for a Applications Architect - Senior and this is a Toronto-based hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) of 8 months, offering the chance to shape large-scale digital transformation initiatives with a strong focus on ITSM, workflow automation, and enterprise content management.
QUALIFICATIONS

Nice to Have:
️ ServiceNow System Admin / Implementation Specialist Certification
OpenText Content Server/ECM certification
Knowledge of ITIL, BPMN, and enterprise workflow modeling
Experience integrating ServiceNow/OpenText with ERP, procurement, or custom-built apps
Familiarity with secure digital signatures, audit logging, and compliance tracking
Understanding of Ontario government I&IT directives and metadata governance models
