SALARY GRADE
Case Western Reserve University is committed to providing a transparent estimate of the salary range available for this position at the time of its posting. The salary range is between $65,779 and $83,210, depending on qualifications, experience, department budgets, and industry data.

QUALIFICAITONS
Education and Experience: Associate’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field and at least 7 years of experience -OR- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field and at least 5 years of progressively responsible experience. Salesforce Certified Administrator certification preferred.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Knowledge of current and emerging Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems preferred. Experience with developing Salesforce solutions for Sales Cloud and Student Success Hub in a multi-org environment preferred.
- Experience in database design, complex data integration, system analysis and basic knowledge of data modeling and data warehouse.
- Thorough understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- In-depth knowledge of systems design principles, methodologies and tools, including those applicable to web-based environments.
- Ability to develop an in-depth understanding of client’s needs to be more helpful. The ability to consider how different audiences are likely to respond and choose the best method of communicating the message to each audience.
- Ability to look at situations from multiple perspectives, break problems into component parts, and look for underlying causes and think through the consequences of different courses of action. Ability to identify various types of problems along with the creation of workable solutions. Requires the identification and analysis of problems, evaluation of alternatives, and provision of solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of basic database theory, design rules and development practices, including data modeling, data flow and entity relationship analysis.
- Working knowledge of principles and practices of sound business communications, including the ability to convey technical or complex information to others in non-technical terms in written and oral forms. Excellent written and verbal communications (in English), presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to interact with colleagues, supervisors and customers face to face.
- In-depth knowledge of the general functions, capabilities, characteristics, and limitations of standard computer platforms and devices as they apply in performing business and systems analyses.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methods, tools, and techniques.
- Ability to actively listen, responsive to verbal and non-verbal clues.
- Ability to respond to difficult, stressful, or sensitive interpersonal situations in ways that reduce or minimize potential conflict and maintain good working relationships among internal and external customers. The ability to recognize awkward or potentially embarrassing situations that sometimes arise. - Knowledge of current and emerging Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems.
- Knowledge of current and emerging Robotic Process Automation (RPA) systems.
