As an Applications Developer, you will contribute to the design and development of software solutions that directly support business operations. Working within a collaborative team environment, you’ll engage with analysts, engineers, and key stakeholders to create high-performance applications that enhance productivity and data-driven decision-making. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of experience in application development (or 1+ year with a Master’s degree)
  • Advanced proficiency in C# and SQL
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
  • Experience with relational database systems, preferably SQL Server
  • Understanding of ETL processes, data structures, and systems integration
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a high-performance environment
  • Interest in gaining experience within institutional finance, especially accounting, investor reporting, or operations

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Background in financial services or alternative investments
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell), APIs, or AWS/cloud environments
  • Exposure to reporting tools like Power BI or test automation frameworks
  • Knowledge of portfolio management systems and financial instruments
