About Our Team:
The Chief Information Security Office (CISO) is home to deeply talented colleagues that work to ensure the safety of Citi’s clients’, our revenue, our employees and our proprietary data. We manage information security as one end-to end program – one with a clear mandate and accountability. Our mission is a program that is fully anchored to modern control and architectural frameworks, is fully aligned with the enterprise architecture of the firm and is deeply integrated into the sectors and functions.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Applications Development Sr Programmer Analyst to operate within a Senior QA Tester capacity with rich experience in manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of UI-based automation, hands-on experience with BDD frameworks like Cucumber, and a working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins. A self-motivated professional who can effectively collaborate across teams and drive quality throughout the software lifecycle will thrive in this role.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 5+ years of QA experience with strong knowledge in both manual and automated testing.
• Expertise in test planning, execution, defect management, and test reporting.
• Proficient in automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG) and scripting.
• Solid experience in API testing and validation.
• Familiar with CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins.
• Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC and Agile methodologies.
• Effective communicator with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
