This role offers the rare opportunity to work across both R&D and client-facing activities in a fast-moving startup environment. You’ll contribute directly to building, testing, and demonstrating advanced optical systems at the forefront of sensing technology.
A key part of the role will involve designing and executing experiments to generate and prepare high-quality data for industrial applications, translating lab results into actionable insights for potential partners.
You will also participate in on-site demonstrations, technical discussions, and collaborative problem-solving with clients, requiring both strong technical skills and professional communication.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Support and lead on-site demonstrations and testing at client and partner locations
· Collaborate on system improvements, field feedback, and prototyping iterations
