Job Description We are seeking a customer-focused Application Engineer to support AC/DC and DC/DC power supply solutions for North American customers and distributor partners. Based in the Philippines, this role will work US business hours and serve as a key technical interface between distributors, customers, internal teams, and suppliers in Asia. Key Responsibilities Provide timely technical support and respond to enquiries from North American distributor sales teams and customers Deliver product training to distributors and channel partners Recommend and support design-in of power supply solutions based on customer requirements Perform basic electrical testing and validation for customer-specific applications (as needed) Troubleshoot application issues related to integration, EMI/EMC, and thermal performance Act as primary or secondary technical contact with suppliers in Asia supporting North American business Coordinate with North America Applications Engineering to resolve technical questions and customer concerns Document technical details of customer engagements and customized solutions in the company CRM system Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or related field ~5 years of experience in power electronics or power supply applications Strong understanding of AC/DC and DC/DC conversion fundamentals Experience supporting customers or distributor sales teams in a technical role Hands-on electrical test capability (oscilloscope, DMM, electronic loads, etc.) is a strong plus Familiarity with digital communication protocols (e.g., PMBus, I²C) is a plus Strong English communication skills (written and verbal), including ability to deliver training Comfortable working US hours and collaborating across time zones Additional Information Additional information (Location) • Based in The Philippines • Must be amenable to future RTO/Hybrid onsite reporting in Ortigas, Metro Manila Department: Engineering Services Group (ESG)

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for power supply solutions to North American customers and distributors while coordinating with internal teams and suppliers. Perform electrical testing, troubleshoot application issues, and document technical engagements in the CRM system.
