Applications Full-Stack Lead We’re looking for an Applications Full-Stack Lead to drive the technical vision and architecture of our user-focused applications. In this role, you’ll lead complex engineering initiatives, mentor developers, and guide best practices—without direct people management. You’ll work closely with product and design teams to deliver scalable, high-performing applications used across the global financial ecosystem. Responsibilities Lead technical direction, architecture, and engineering standards. Mentor developers and support design/architecture reviews. Build and optimize applications using React, Node.js, and TypeScript. Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, performance, and CI/CD. Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver outstanding user experiences. Requirements 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience. Strong expertise in React, Node.js, TypeScript. Knowledge of scalable system design, PostgreSQL, Redis, and cloud environments. Excellent communication skills and strong ownership mindset.
