What you’ll be doing.

Working within the Industrial Quality Solutions (IQS) department, at ZEISS, we are looking for an Applications Manager to:

• Lead the Applications teams
• Oversee delivery of technical support and training services
• Support the sales process with expert applications knowledge
• Manage Salesforce workflows, engineer utilisation, and budgets
• Drive process improvements and customer-focused innovation

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong leadership in a technical or metrology environment
• Excellent communication and team-building skills
• Salesforce knowledge and a strategic mindset
• Customer-centric approach with ability to work cross-functionally
• Willingness to travel occasionally (UK & International)
