The Opportunity Allegro MicroSystems is seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Applications Marketing Engineer to join our global marketing team. In this high-impact role, you will be the crucial link between our innovative semiconductor products and the customers who use them. You will translate complex technical features into compelling value propositions, ensuring our power and sensing solutions are the preferred choice in high-growth markets like e-mobility, clean energy, and industrial automation. What You'll Do Collaborate with Business Line Directors, Product Marketing, and Sales to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product introductions. Create compelling, technically accurate marketing content that drives demand and adoption. This includes writing application notes, white papers, technical articles, creating product demonstration videos, and developing presentations for customer meetings and industry events. Serve as a primary technical resource for our global sales and channel partner teams. Develop and deliver training materials that empower them to effectively position and sell our products. Become the expert on the competitive landscape and customer needs within your assigned product area. Analyze market trends to identify new application opportunities and provide feedback to the product development teams to influence future roadmaps. Engage directly with key customers to understand their challenges and system-level requirements, ensuring our solutions are aligned with their needs and providing them with best-in-class application support. Partner with the digital marketing team to create targeted campaigns and technical content that generate high-quality leads and build brand awareness in the engineering community. Who You Are You have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. A Master's degree is a plus. You bring a minimum of 3-7 years of experience in a technical role such as Applications Engineering, Field Applications Engineering (FAE), or a similar customer-facing engineering position within the semiconductor industry. You possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling content for a variety of audiences. You have a genuine passion for helping customers solve their problems and a proven track record of building strong relationships with technical counterparts. You understand market dynamics and have an interest in the commercial side of the business. Experience in a marketing or product-line role is highly desirable but not required. You are a self-starter who thrives in a team-oriented, global environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously. Why Allegro?
