Using specialist knowledge, the Applications Support Analyst is responsible for responding to - and resolving - Level 3 issues related to business and clinical applications, including advanced troubleshooting, solution design, configuration of core systems and periodic system upgrades. This role also develops and enhances proactive monitoring systems to predict and respond to automated alerts, as well as review and respond to dashboard metrics for action.
