The Position Main job responsibilities 1. Provide pro-active field applications support to CPS customers and internal customers under supervision 70 ⮚ Execute the system validation plan including lab work, data reporting. Assist the Applications Specialist to complete the project implementation according to the schedule ⮚ Maintain good relationship and collaborate with internal and external customers 2. Assist in daily operation activities of Applications Team ⮚ Engage in projects and taskforces related to business needs ⮚ Pro-actively feedback challenges encountered at frontline and improvement area related to business to Application Supervisors Basics Requirements of the Job: Education: ⮚ Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in biomedical science, laboratory science, chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, or related field. Knowledge: ⮚ Data handling: Proficiency with Excel/Sheets (pivot tables, charts), basic statistics (mean/SD, CV%, linearity, regression), and data integrity practices. ⮚ Laboratory basics: Understanding sample handling, pipetting, centrifugation, and basic instrument handling. Bonus: ⮚ Assay knowledge: Familiarity with immunoassays, clinical chemistry workflows (e.g., ELISA, spectrophotometry, calibration/controls concepts) ⮚ Stat software EP evaluator, Excel macro function Language: ⮚ Cantonese, English and Mandarin Personality: ⮚ Detail‑oriented, good team player and independent Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
