Description of Work This position manages technical team to implement and maintain applications for DHHS. In addition to interacting with business partners, this position coordinates with IT directors and other IT managers, and representatives from other state agencies and the federal partners. Position will work closely with key stakeholders including project sponsors, executives, business SMEs, end-users, and key technical resources involved with implementation, security, and Enterprise Architecture. Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences Salary Grade Range: $91,600.00 - $160,299.00 Recruitment Range: $91,600.00 - $125,000.00 Candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they meet the minimum education and experience listed on the vacancy announcement. Applicants who possess the following skills are preferred: Lead and actively participate in hands-on development of Medicaid Enterprise (MES) modules . Expertise knowledge of Claims, Finance, Data Analytics and Federal reporting(T-MSIS) for Medicaid Business. Provide technical direction across the full system development life cycle—requirements, design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Evaluate and enforce enterprise architectural patterns; contribute technical expertise during system design and modernization initiatives. Participate in strategic planning and provide technical leadership to align application strategy with organizational goals. Management Preference: Strong foundation in traditional and Agile methodologies; PMP, CSM, or SAFe certifications are desirable.
