SUMMARY

The Technical Lead role will be responsible for leading the day-to-day technical operations, enhancements, and project implementations for the Manhattan Active Omni Order Management System (MAO OMS). This role will manage incident resolution, enhancements, and delivery of new capabilities while ensuring system stability, performance, and scalability. It will also act as the main liaison between business partners, technical teams, and vendors, driving standard methodologies and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and operational goals!

QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of experience in IT with at least 4+ years in Order Management Systems.
• Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience with MAO OMS (or Manhattan Order Management 201x with exposure to Active Omni migration).
• Solid understanding of OMS order lifecycle, payment processing, tax modules, fraud management, fulfillment flows (BOPIS, ship-from-store, ship-to-home), and returns.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture, along with API execution and using Postman.
• Experience with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Kafka, etc.).
• Strong SQL skills (Oracle, PostgreSQL, or similar) and knowledge of database performance tuning.
• Familiarity with cloud-based deployment (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and Kubernetes/Docker containerization.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology or related field; or combination of equivalent education and experience
