QUALIFICATIONS:

• Technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Background in electronics, audio, or computer networking preferred.
• Experience with test equipment (e.g., audio test sets, oscilloscopes).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10-15%.
• Comfortable working independently and in a team environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Work primarily in an office setting with occasional product testing in varied environments.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
• Lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
• Frequent communication via phone, video, and email.

• Test and validate new products for performance, functionality, and user experience.
• Develop test plans and simulate real-world customer applications.
• Document and track product issues and collaborate on resolutions.
• Create technical documents and drawings to support product applications.
• Provide technical support and training for internal teams and customers.
• Participate in quality audits and on-site support as needed.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Technical Services, Operations, and Sales.
