We’re building outcome-first products: tools that personalize health journeys, empower HR with real-time insights, and close the loop between behavior and ROI. To do this, we need Applied AI / ML Engineers embedded in each product team, driving value where it matters most, at the intersection of data, UX, and behavior science. This is not a research role. It’s a make-it-real role. You’ll ship models, pipelines, and product features that touch millions of users across Europe, right alongside product managers, designers, and engineers.
You will be working directly within a squad and, at the same time, be a part of the Core Data team.
