We’re looking for an AI Engineer with a strong foundation in Python and experience designing LLM-powered systems that can reason, plan, and adapt dynamically. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Implement multi-step agentic workflows that leverage reasoning, self-reflection, and adaptive execution strategies
• Design and refine prompts to optimize LLM outputs for accuracy, coherence, and efficiency
• Work with LLM APIs and fine-tuned models to enhance automation efficiency
• Design retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and memory-augmented architectures to improve long-term adaptability
• Explore NLP techniques, embeddings, and data-driven optimizations to improve system performance
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI products & features
• Develop model evaluation strategies to ensure accuracy, reliability, and robustness
• Rise above the details to understand broader issues and implications for BOLD at large
