Accountabilities

As an Applied AI Engineer, you will act as a technical partner for enterprise teams, helping them successfully integrate AI-driven workflows into their engineering processes. You will combine software engineering skills, customer engagement expertise, and strategic thinking to deliver impactful AI adoption programs.

- Embed with engineering teams to drive meaningful adoption of AI-powered development tools and ensure long-term customer success.

- Design, implement, and optimize agentic workflows across areas such as software engineering, quality assurance, support, data, and product development.

- Lead technical enablement activities, including workshops, training sessions, and team-oriented programming sessions with engineering teams.

- Support customers with installation, configuration, integrations, and optimization of AI development tools and related technologies.

- Partner with developers on real production challenges to demonstrate effective AI usage patterns and accelerate adoption.
